All RSVPs must be received by November 14th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the January trip.

All flights will be booked into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

4M Analytics will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Austin, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.  Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 20-25 minutes from the hotel.

Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies). The average cost is approximately $25-30 depending on time of day.  

Exit the terminal at baggage claim and cross the street to the parking garage, take the elevator to the second level and follow the ride share signs for uber/lyft/taxi!  The walk is approximately 6-8 minutes from baggage claim.

Taxis - There are taxi stands located at each terminal.    

If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to ride share to the hotel together.

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to cover the cost of.

This is a casual trip. Casual dress for the meetings is required.

The average temperatures in January in Austin is 60 degrees during the day but can drop at night. We recommend bringing a jacket and hat for when the sun goes down.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive?

No, the Hyatt is not all-inclusive. 4M will be providing a per diem to cover the cost of all meals not provided by the company during the event.

The room and taxes associated with the hotel room during your stay have also been covered by 4M.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
