Brief - We will setup an initial call to review your business goals, help learn more about your company, discuss your event budget, and some of your must haves. Our goal is to help understand how we can provide value in aligning your company culture with your upcoming incentive trip.
Negotiations & Event Planning - We handle everything from the initial RFP process, to contract negotiation, and finalizing all details of the hotel and airline contracts. We also handle all organization of group transfers, welcome parties, daily activities, entertainment, final dinner events, gifts, and every detail to make the perfect trip.
Communications & Promotions - Once contracts are signed we will come in house 6-9 months before the big event to unveil your branded micro site and start promoting the trip with contests, swag giveaways, and personalized email campaigns.
The Big Event - Executive Group Travel will have staff on site to handle every detail of your daily itinerary to make sure each attendee has a VIP experience.
Debrief - One week following the trip our team will handle personalized surveys and compile the feedback data in a presentation to ensure each future trip is bigger and better.
