Upon Arrival, please grab an Uber using the corporate account and head to the Goodtime Hotel, Miami Beach. It’s located at the address: 601 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, USA, 33139. Afternoon is leisure time on the first day. Feel free to use the pool/beach while you’re waiting to check-in to your room. The gym is also available once you arrive.
6:30pm-9:00pm - Welcome Reception. Join us tonight on the Mangrove Pool Deck located right at the hotel for a reception style dinner and drinks to kick off a great few days in Miami!
8:00am-9:00am- Breakfast will be provided for all attendees on the Strawberry Terrace this morning prior to the start of today's sessions.

12:00pm-1:30pm - Small Group Lunches. For lunch today, you will be venturing out of the hotel to some neighboring restaurants with co-workers. More details to follow.

5:00pm-7:00pm - Free time - use this time to check into your room and catch up!
7:00pm-9:30pm - Celebration Dinner - Please join us for dinner and drinks in Miami to celebrate our 2025 success. More details to follow.

Check out of the hotel is at 11:00am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Finite State will be covering all room charges and sponsored group meals. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
Please arrange an Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Miami International Airport for your departing flight. If you are traveling with co-workers, we ask that you carpool for the trip to the airport. The airport is located about 20 minutes from the hotel.
