Guests can enjoy four swimming pools, a cutting-edge spa with 13 treatment rooms, a modern fitness center, a children's club, and the renowned St. Regis butler service. Located next to the Jack Nicklaus–designed Punta Espada Golf Course, the resort also offers world-class golfing experiences. The design showcases refined, tropical-inspired elegance throughout. Luxury + Proximity to airport is major pluses here but the question remains will St. Regis clientele be excited for a Dominican Republic location.
🏖️ W Punta Cana – Uvero Alto, Dominican Republic
Opened: May, 2025
This adults-only, all-inclusive luxury resort features 349 guest rooms with balconies and plunge pools, along with several suites. With immersive and dynamic adult-focused programming, plans for the resort include a spa with 11 treatment rooms, a retail area, three pools with pool bars, and eleven food and beverage destinations. Pricing so far has been all over the place so excited to see how that evolves as this could be an incredible fit for clients looking for what's next after a Grand Velas trip.

🌴 Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique – Playa Penca, Costa Rica
Opened: May, 2025
Located on the Playa Penca cliffside, this property offers 148 guest rooms and 40 suites with ocean or rainforest views. Amenities include six restaurants, a gym, a signature spa, and direct beach access. Its modern architectural identity and comprehensive facilities make it a prime choice for incentive groups seeking luxury and adventure. This is much needed in the Costa Rica hotel market but pricing currently seems still too high for the area.
🌴 Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Costa Rica– Papagayo, Costa Rica
Opened: March, 2025
Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is an ultra-luxury retreat that debuted in March 2025 on Costa Rica’s stunning Peninsula Papagayo. The resort offers 107 ocean-facing accommodations—including suites, treetop tents, and private villas—seamlessly built into the cliffside to showcase sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The 27,000-square-foot Nimbu Spa features Latin America's largest hydrotherapy pool, along with elevated treehouse treatment rooms and a striking glass-front sauna. Conveniently located about 45 minutes from Guanacaste Airport in Liberia, the resort is also within easy reach of world-class golf, ziplining, surfing, and scenic hiking trails. With only 107 total accommodations this property will be challenging to secure for incentive programs. The right fit is expected around 25-35 rooms per night preferably outside the peak months.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol, opening August 2025, marks the brand's first entry into Mexico. Nestled in the prestigious Cabo del Sol community along the scenic Baja California Sur coastline, the resort boasts sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and sits about 40 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport. It offers 163 elegantly designed accommodations, including 88 suites and 3 luxurious villas. Guests can enjoy five pools, a world-class spa, and convenient access to a celebrated nearby golf course. This property will be new competition for The Four Seasons, Zadun, One & Only, Montage and more!

For the right boutique high end incentive trip this could be a great fit.
🌴 Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort – Naples, Florida
Opening: Late 2025
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is an eagerly awaited luxury destination slated to open in late 2025 in Naples, Florida. Spanning more than 1,000 feet of unspoiled Gulf Coast shoreline, it represents Four Seasons’ first venture on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort will include a 216-room hotel, a two-story spa, oceanfront pools, and a new 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio, set to debut in 2026. Going to be a challenging property to secure for premium period (Feb-April) incentive trips!
